How can I manually configure a SIP device?

You need to specify the Account ID value as the username, Service Password - as the password, and our SIP server IP address as the SIP Proxy address. The Outbound Proxy should be blank.


It is highly recommended to enable STUN (you can use any public service or our 208.89.104.3) and put G729 and G711(PCMU) codecs to the top of the codec list.



Please make sure you disabled "Subscribe to MWI" (or similar option), since MWI notifications are delivered differently from the switch, and this option enabled may produce unwanted load on the phones.
