Can I set up Day and Night modes for the customer?

Yes, it is possible to configure a Night button on an IP phone to enable and disable a follow-me profile.

Please follow the steps below.

1. Add two follow-me records with names Day and Night under the needed account.

2. Contact support@telinta.com and ask to activate the Day/Night feature for your partition.

3. When the account calls to *80*1, the system activates the Day follow-me record and deactivates the Night follow-me record.
When the account calls to *80*2, the system deactivates the Day follow-me record and activates the Night follow-me record.

All follow-me records with other than Day/Night names will be ignored.

It is possible to configure quick dial buttons on the SIP Phone to simplify using of this feature.
