Configure Spending Plan
The Spending Plan option to define the amount of money a customer is allowed to spend on voice calls per day., for example the limit could be set to the average value the customer usually spends. Once the limit is exceeded the customer would be suspended. However, customers whose spending limit has been reached can still make calls to emergency numbers. The service can be restored either by manually increasing/resetting the limit or on the following day the spending limit is renewed. The configuration steps are pretty straightforward as described below.
- On the Spending Plans screen add a new spending plan and set a desired limit.
- On the Customer Management screen, choose a customer of interest
- Define the created spending plan above under the Fraud Protection tab.
