How can I configure the 'Transfer' option in Auto Attendant? Can I transfer calls to the extensions only?

The 'Transfer' action in Auto Attendant is a universal feature for transferring calls based on the caller input. As the transfer destination you can use:
Real destination (cell or landline phone number)
Extension ID
Huntgroup ID
Account ID
Please note that Sagecom can apply dialing rules to the entered destination. Thus you can use local format for the entered numbers.
