I cannot find my device in the list of profiles. Does it mean that I cannot use it?

You can use any SIP compatible device or softphone. You will be able to configure it manually. If you want to use auto provisioning for an unsupported model - please contact Support and we will investigate the possibility of adding a new CPE profile template.
