How to ensure that browsers are set to allow pop-ups.

Internet Explorer

1. Open Edge.
2. Click Menu (three horizontal dots).
3. Select Settings.
4. Navigate to Cookies and site permissions.
5. Under all permissions select Pop-up and redirects.
6. If the switch is Block, either turn it off or add the side under Allow.

Firefox

1. Open Firefox.
2. Click Menu (three horizontal lines).
3. Click Settings.
4. Navigate to Privacy & Security. 
5. Next to Block pop-up windows click Exceptions.
6. Under Address of website to allow enter the site.
7. Click Allow > Save Changes. 

Chrome

1. Open Chrome.
2. Click Menu (three vertical dots).
3. Click Settings > Privacy and security.
4. Click Site Settings.
5. Under Content click Pop-ups and redirects.
6. Next to Allow click Add.
7. Enter the site. 
8. Click Add.
