Yes. Dialing rules allow transforming the number dialed in a customer-specific format into standard e.164 format.
For example 2123751234 -> 12123751234, 011447440812345 -> 447440812345
Numbers in non-standard format must be translated to avoid billing issues.
Dialing Rules are individual for a customer and can be viewed on the Customer Info page, Service Configuration tab, Dialing Rules section.
