Inbox
Inbox is a single location for all received voicemail and FAX messages. The Inbox section has several filters:
- Status (All/New/Deleted)
- Type (Any/Voicemail/Fax)
- From
- Time Frame (Today/Yesterday/Last Week/Past 30 days/Past 60 days)
- Extension
A voicemail message entry contains the caller's number, time of the call, and an extension that was dialed. It is possible to attach a note to each message. To attach a note please click on the 
Info icon next to the message. A voicemail message can be saved as an MP3 file or forwarded to an email address with the audio file attached.

A message can be played online without the need to download it. Click on the 'Play' button next to the needed message.
