Do you have an Intercom (Paging) feature?

Yes, the Intercom feature is available. It can be enabled on the Customer Info page, Service Configuration tab, Outgoing Calls section. In addition, please define an Intercom prefix. When you dial an extension with the Intercom prefix, the device will answer the call immediately.

Intercom should work out of the box for the majority of devices. If you face an issue with Intercom, please make sure that the corresponding options are enabled for your device:

  • Grandstream phones: Enable the option Allow Auto Answer by Call-Info (Account -> Call Settings)
  • Snom phones: Set the needed Intercom Policy (Advanced -> Behavior (Tab) -> Phone Behavior (Section))
  • Aastra phones: Enable the Auto-Answer option (Preferences -> Incoming Intercom Settings)
  • Yealink phones: Enable the Accept Intercom option (Features -> Intercom)
